"True Self-Care is an Everyday Practice"

Picture
With increasing intense energies from the collective consciousness, it's hard to determine what feelings belong to you and the ones that don't. This is a big cosmic year for us, and every person that you know is facing a major life transformation. Things are coming to the surface that was thought to be long gone, and those things are appearing, asking to be healed.

I was speaking to my brother who has been imprisoned for over 21 years, quite a sage he is. I asked him how he was feeling? His response was, " I am good, grateful. I have 0 complaints, I don't complain." For him to reach a place of peace around a world full of chaos can remind us that our peace is not determined by our surroundings. It takes much grace and experience to arrive at a place like this, yet it is possible. He gives the soundest advice, and he is the most understanding person that you can tell anything, a deep painful experience and truth. You know that your painful experience won't be placed under a microscope for judgment.

So many people are bursting at the core, ripe and ready for God's answers, so many are going through spiritual awakenings. I feel the energies from the collective of people who are feeling displaced right now. With how our world has shifted, our inner world is shifting too. People who are struggling with letting go of old outdated programs are struggling most. No longer are the days that we operate in worry or fear. The veil has been lifted, those who have sight can see through the illusions of this grand experience.

Every person that you know is going through a personal and spiritual transformation.

Take care of yourself, no one can take care of you like you, because you know exactly what you need to be at your best. There can be time dedicated to taking care of yourself every day. It is ideal that upon waking up in the mornings that you take care of yourself first. While the energy is calm, you are coming out of theta wave brain state, and setting your intentions through your thoughts for the day.

Rule #1
I deal with myself first, before I set out to deal with other people.

Rule #2
Don't skip rule number 1.

When I say that I deal with myself, I set my intentions before going to bed and upon rising. I ask God to think through me, speak through me, and act through me. Whenever I skip going to God first, I learn the hardest lessons. "Seek ye first the kingdom of God and his righteousness, and all these things shall be added unto you." Matthew 6:33

When I go ahead doing things without consulting with the Most High, I end up in low vibrational experiences, and in these experiences I learn because I look at everything as a lesson, as a learning experience.

However, it wasn't always this way. I used to beat myself down in regret for choices that I made in not listening to my intuition. I used to be so far out of alignment with my true nature, that I don't recognize myself when I look back there. I used to be afraid all of the time when there was nothing to fear present. I learned fear early on and fear is a hard thing to unlearn. It's a practice to unlearn fear, as it becomes a habit. It's not that fear won't be present, it's just that it won't get my focus. I move everyday in the presence of fear, I go.

Before I do anything, I meditate. I remember when there was a time that I would put my meditation second. I was doing things backwards, going about my day, and then meditating. I was met with situations that I didn't care for being in, and being affected by the moods of others, as I can be greatly affected by the environment. It used to drain me, now I am spiritually built up. I can recognize another's low mood and move about maintaining my mood while being empathetic to whatever they're going through. I know when to disengage in conversation. I don't need the last word. I make myself as clear as possible, and then I move on. I don't worry about being misunderstood. People understand what they want to.

I do what I can, and those that love me will understand.

My own vibration wasn't balanced and I was out trying to operate and heal at the same time. I remember seeing Russell Simmons say, "I don't do $hit until I meditate." This is my word, and I overstand it so much more.

We have been done a disservice by not being enlightened on meditating, especially for women. Women face insurmountable stress and carry it from day to day without making time to release it. Just as you shower and clean your body, you must clean your mind. If you have been spending your time putting trash thoughts into your mind, you will have a garbage can for a mind, and aches and pains in your body.

Are your thoughts that you're thinking making you feel good?

"You should sit in meditation for twenty minutes every day - unless you're too busy. Then you should sit for an hour." Zen Proverb

The busier you are, the more you should meditate. The people who don't meditate need it the most. The people who seek counseling, would benefit from seeking meditation too.

I learned through experiences to meditate before I talk to anyone. I pray in my quiet time. I constantly am talking to God, as God talks me through my day.

When I reach the rocky parts of the road, I hold on tighter to God. I keep in contact with God even when I reach the low points where my soul is running out of steam, I am always thinking about connecting with the Great Spirit, being grateful for the guidance.

You may not believe in God or a higher presence, yet there is a presence that's always with you, talking you through the tough times, making things happen that you can't explain, bringing forth the impossible.

I see the God in you even if you don't believe.

Move your body.

You don't have to own a gym membership to move your body. You can walk outdoors before it gets too cold. You can work out at home. I have been doing yoga at home for years, I use the weights that I have, and when my body can't handle it, I don't push, I listen.

But I always dance. Don't forget to dance, to sing, to enjoy.

I take the path of least resistance. You can't force how you feel, yet you can make a commitment to yourself to care for yourself every day.

This could mean staying in bed and watching some of your favorite shows. This could mean going to your favorite place to eat, or making your favorite meal. Spend time with the people that you love. Do your favorite thing to do.

You can journal before bed and upon rising to help you through your days. You could paint your life with words through your journal. Being thankful for everything that you seek in advance.

What you are seeking is seeking you.

Keeping a gratitude journal has made a huge difference in my life. When you start to list the things that you are grateful for, you will discover that you live a life full of abundance. More than that, you will program your brain to know that you have everything that you need, that you have more than enough for your everyday needs.

Putting care over yourself means not answering the phone call that you know will be a toxic conversation. It's staying away from people and places that don't feel good and leave a stain on you that takes days or even weeks to wash off of your energy.

Everything is energy. That's why everything has a feel to it, a certain way it makes us feel, an energy.

This means that every encounter is an energy transaction. That's why you have certain feelings after conversations, and you distance yourself from people and places that have brought you pain before.

Putting care over yourself is looking out for yourself. It is making sure that your cup is filled before trying to pour into other's cups. It means minding your business, and shutting down anything that doesn't feel good. It means working to change, and make a difference in how your life is going and growing, especially if you don't like what you are seeing.

Putting care over yourself is saying your affirmations because you know that they will strengthen your spirit and mind. It's knowing that when we keep saying something over and over we will begin to believe in its truth. We become the words that we speak to ourselves. When you speak empowering words to yourself about yourself, no one else can tell you who you are. You will never be confused about you. You have already told yourself who you are.

Putting care over yourself is being you, and telling the truth to yourself and to others. Eliminating things in your life that are distractions and keeping you from experiencing your life's potentials. It's not ignoring how you feel, and what arises inside, and being honest about dealing with your feelings.

If we continue to run from ourselves, we will continue to be chased by ourselves.

Speak kind and loving words to yourself, and you will naturally feel this way toward others.

You know what you need to take care of you. Spend time in solitude with you. You can only hear in the silence, that's how you get to the silence in you.

Take care of you, and no one will have to take care of you.

Take care of your thoughts, your mind, your words, and your spirit, and the rest will take care of itself. Pour infinite love inside of your soul every day, loving on yourself, giving gratitude for your presence, and all of the gifts that you came here with. Forgive you, and stop punishing you, it is all a part of your Divine path. Your ancestors went through the abyss for you to be here. You are more than special and you do your best.

Put some care all over you and all around you.

You can't be kind to the world until you're kind to yourself.

I am sending massive amounts of love to you.
