THE ULTIMATE EXPERIENCE

Do the things that lift your vibration higher
Do the things that make you feel good. Those are the things that will lift your vibration higher. While we are home and given the opportunity to focus on ourselves, this is the time for us to work solely on ourselves, emerging, transformed. This too shall pass. Whenever we work on ourselves, we affect the whole.
I haggled over what I would write about today. I went back and forth with topics, choosing this one, and starting on another one. My well is full, clear, and flowing. I was looking forward to writing to you all day. We have said to ourselves and others that we don't have time to do the things that we have always wanted to do. We talk about being too tired to get things done. We are too tired to do the things that we enjoy. Well this is definitely a time of stillness. It is for us to be still within and outside of ourselves. The answers are coming in quickly to us, we have to be open to receive them, or we will miss the entire message.
This time has brought a collective sense of humility over us. We are lighting up on the inside and exploring what we can do on the outside.
I feel a sense of excitement and a deep feeling of gratitude. Just think, we have a chance to do the things we want to do, the things we need to do, it is all a part of the Divine plan for us. I am grateful and happy to have the chance to reset. We get to spend time with our families, and teach our children the things that they won't learn at school. If we looked at this as the grand opportunity that it is, we wouldn't have time to be afraid. The days of being scared are long gone. This is an awakening, the uncovering, a new arrival, a certain faith. I asked this in my blog a few weeks ago, "Do you feel the inner shift?" Well do you feel it now?
If you don't, then you're not in touch with your senses.
We can be cautious in this time, but if we are worried, we are sure to attract the very thing that we fear. What we put our focus on expands, we get more of it. What are you putting your focus on? Is it on the things that make you feel good? Take the path of least resistance, go in the direction of what makes you feel good. What makes you feel good is right for you to do. It's conducive to your health, well-being, and lively-hood.
When we do things that aren't in our heart, in alignment with who we are, we feel like its work.
What do you enjoy doing? What is the thing that you would do even if you weren't paid to do it? This is an excellent time to do the soul searching, leading to living the path of your passion.If you're living the path of your passion, this time can be used to fuel it. This is the time for the chance. Whenever we do the things that we love to do, it automatically places us in a higher vibrational frequency. All dramas and pettiness falls away in a higher vibrational frequency. We let go when we vibrate higher, we forgive, and release all that no longer serves us.
And you want to know the main things that no longer serve us? Grudges, anger, sadness, doubt, worry, regret, procrastination, and fear. When we hold onto some offense that happened in the past, we cannot move forward into this new Earth, we will surely be left behind. When we hold onto outdated ways that aren't growing us, we will be left behind, and become bitter. There is a brand new conscious wave coming through, and you're either on the wave, or you're being drowned by it.
I was meditating this morning and thoughts of the past kept arising within me. Some of them were from my childhood, some from my early twenties, and I recognized them, escorting them out of my mind. I kept bringing myself back to the present moment. Over and over again, as the thought came up of some thing that I did to embarrass myself, or what I could have done instead of what I did, I brought myself back to the present moment. A surge of peace came over me, leaving me in a state of bliss.
All that we want to bring to life is in our present moment. Nothing can be controlled outside of our present moment. We can put in good faith, we can put our energy towards what we want to happen, but we must feel this in the present moment. We can't change the past, it doesn't matter how much we think of it. We can drive ourselves crazy thinking of how we can rearrange the past and it will still the same. We can't change the future, but we can picture what we want it to look like. We can hold the image of what we desire in our mind, and our subconscious mind will treat it like we already have it. We get what feel on a subconscious level. So it doesn't matter how many times we say the affirmations, they won't start to move until we truly feel it on a subconscious level. Keep saying the affirmations until they penetrate the subconscious, they will. It's our determination to win that conquers.
This isolation time is not much different from how I already live. My introversion keeps me to myself, and I don't like to go many public places especially restaurants and social places. I like the places in nature, outside to hear the birds, away from the crowds. And I don't talk to many people. I love people like all things, but I truly nurture my relationships, and treat them with care.
I am doing what I like to do. I am refusing to do anything that feels forced. I am saying no to doing things that are not in my heart without a second thought. I have so much to write about and it feels good to write.
Like Abraham Hicks says, "Nothing is more important than that we feel good." Can you think of anything more important that feeling good? It takes much effort to do things when we don't feel good. So I go in the direction of what makes me feel good. We have to make that a practice, a practice of feeling good. Isn't that what self-care is all about, feeling good?
We won't get out of here alive, we must enjoy our time here now. It's not what we have it's what we make of what we have. I will make the best of what I have in grace and gratitude.
What makes you feel good? Write these things down. Make a list of the things that feel good. Do those things. Go in the direction of what feels good. Make plans to do the things that feel good, and leave out the guilt. If you want to binge watch your favorite show, do so without guilt. If you want a piece of cake, eat the cake without guilt. If you skip your work out to rest, do so without guilt. I always say that you can eat whatever you want, if you do so in a happy spirit. It takes a lot of unnecessary energy used to do the things that we don't desire doing. Reserve some time for yourself, dedicating it in doing the things that you want to do.
One thing's for sure, don't get caught up in what everyone else is doing. Don't compare what you're doing to what someone else is doing. Your time will come. It doesn't have to be forced, it will flow. Everything that is meant for you, flows to you, and all things not meant for you, flow away from you. It took me some time to understand this, and once I did, I no longer felt hurt about the things that flowed away from me, I realized that they weren't meant for my journey. They served their purpose and moved on, so I needed to learn how to do the same. They were just passing by.
It doesn't hurt anymore once you realize, "That wasn't for me."
If it was for me, it would still be here. No one can take away what God has for you. It will literally gravitate towards you making it through difficult terrain, rain, tornados, fires, barricades, and floods, to flow to you if it is meant for you. If it has moved out of your life it is for your protection and higher elevation. It is to elevate your spirit to higher highs to get closer to where you came from before you forgot. We forget when we get here why we came. These trials and experiences help us to remember. It puts us in the place to our path. All things happen to us for our highest good, even the most devastating experiences. That's hard to accept, but the Universe is working for you at all times.
This is a time that I like to call "Our Second Chance." And during this time, I have put my focus on keeping my vibration high. Not falling for the old traps that used to steal my joy. Ignoring all that tries to tempt me to anger, to fall back into past habits, and looking for healthier ways to see things that I have no control of changing. Even more, having the patience to sit with what I want to change at this moment, but cannot. To learn what I need to know, so that when it is changed, I am ready for it. I am ready to receive it, and never to return to the way it was before. I am making myself a vibrational match for the things that I love, the things that I enjoy, the things that I want, the things that I picture with my mind's eye.
