Come, sit with me, close your eyes, hold my hand, let's go far away from this place to the place in which you came from.
"It is the most uncomfortable comfortable thing to remain the same"Knowing we need to change.....
I was thinking about how to title this post because of it's great importance. We talk about change and changing in a cliche way, and I feel that real change is not taken seriously at times. Ask yourself this, "what is my willingness to change?" Is there something about you that you would want to change? To make better, to improve in your life? We say that we want to change something, change our lives, we have to make uncomfortable choices. Our subconscious mind tugs at us, constantly pulling us back into the old, into a comfortable space. We know what we need to do to make things better for us, but it's more uncomfortable to make that significant change. If we were to change little by little, with baby steps, the small changes would add up for a significant change. I did a YouTube video on what blocks us from change, why our affirmations seem to not work at times, even when we're saying them with pure emotion. It's because we haven't removed the blocks, the emotional blocks that is keeping us from making permanent progress for great change. We haven't moved past our resistance, that's why we keep returning to people, things, and situations that no longer serve us. We must work on our internal being to break the old program that we picked up as children. Check out my video at youtu.be/RLSteZkiFv8 In this video, I show you one way that I remove energy blocks through EFT, Emotional Freedom Technique Tapping. In this video, I tap to remove the energy blocks that keep me from moving towards a remarkable change. I speak change every day. Our karma is in our throat, you can feel the vibrations coming from your throat whenever you talk, sing, or vocalize anything. What we speak out carries a powerful vibration. I put my hand on my throat and state, "I am willing to change." If you try this you will feel the resistance in your throat, in your words, in the vibration of your words if there is any resistance there. If you write it down, you will feel the resistance in your words, if there is some resistance there about anything at all. It's our resistance to change that keeps us stagnant and feeling stuck. We must have a willingness inside of us to get rid of the need for whatever we're holding onto, whatever we know we need to change, the things that no longer serve our highest good and we know it too. Affirmations, meditation, prayer, EFT Tapping, and subconscious reprogramming all remove the blocks that keep us from our beneficial change. Through spiritual inner work we come to a place of willingness to release the need for whatever that thing is. We keep the things around that we want and need or both. We have things and situations in our lives that we feel there is a need for. It brings us comfort, it soothes our traumas, and it keeps us remaining sleep to our true nature and purpose. To awaken is painful because then we realize that we remember. We remember everything that we need to heal within ourselves. We put up many resistances to keep us in a place of excuse and comfort. But when we wake up, we understand that something must be done. We know that we need to eat healthier, but we put up a resistance by saying that we will start eating healthier by a certain date. We know that it's greater for our higher selves if we exercised, but we create distractions and detours as a reason to not exercise. We know that we need to do that thing that would make us happiest inside, but we don't see ourselves as worthy enough to have it. So subconsciously we create distractions, reasons, and circumstances to keep us from using all that we have inside to propel ourselves in the direction of it. We know that we want to start a business, but we create a block to keep us from doing so. It goes on and on, with the situations that we create to keep our resistance up. Most of these blocks were created when we were children, when we were told to dim our light, to be quiet. When we were told that it was never going to happen for us, when we were told that money was scarce, when we were told that it wasn't possible for us by family, friends, and teachers. If you have something that you want to change, that you know you need to change, if you get a journal, a sheet of paper, and begin to write down, "I am willing to release the need for, ... whatever it is, it could be a lack of money, it could be debt, pain, anger, frustration, complaining, sadness, smoking, overeating, over drinking, you will feel the resistance inside of you as you write the words down. I can feel the resistance inside of me when I just say the words, I am willing to release the need for...and then I go down the list. I feel resistance inside of me to certain things, and I feel that comes from doubting that certain situations will change. In some of the things that I list, I feel the resistance inside of me even stronger, it lets me know what I need to work on, what needs my immediate attention. The things that come to us easily, we already know them well, they don't require the attention and work as the things that are hard for us. Think about it, what area of your life is hard for you to overcome? What area seems to be the constant cycle of the same problems? That is the area where your lesson lies. It is the meaning to your visit here on Earth. We come here to learn lessons from previous incantations and to elevate higher spiritually from them. We settle our karmic debts and we don't live them out anymore. Our soul can never die, it will keep going forever. Tell me the last time someone's soul died, or when someone killed a soul... We are as Infinite as the Infinite One that we created us. This physical body is just an illusion shell. Our soul is Infinite. Our willingness to change is not about criticizing ourselves, and beating ourselves up about who we are, what happened in our lives, or our choices. It is about flying above whatever's holding us down from living our true potential. Our willingness to release ourselves from whatever's keeping us down is about enjoying our lives and all the goodness that God has to offer us. We must have the willingness to release the need of whatever's hurting us. It is criticizing ourselves that brought us to the need of holding onto these escapes, these bandages. We criticize ourselves by telling ourselves that we can't do it, that's like saying we're not good enough. By feeling and acting like we're unworthy for the best life that this Universe has to offer us, we hold strong to resistance for change within us. It goes back to what we were told as children that still affects us to this day. We have to break away from the words and opinions of others who saw limitations for themselves and tried projecting the same things onto us. We must break from the scarcity mentality that we picked up when there wasn't enough for us as children. There is always enough and there will always be enough, and anyone who tries to tell you differently is projecting their fears onto you. Because it takes great change to drastically change our lives. It takes day to day work, to change our lives. It takes conscious work and subconscious reprogramming to change our lives for the better, to break old toxic habits. Everything that we have been doing up to this point is a habit. We are used to doing what we do. Like Dr. Joe Dispenza says, we do something for so long and it becomes our personality, and our personality creates our personal reality. So if we want real change, we have to start with eradicating the old outdated beliefs and ways of our personality that no longer serves our highest good. We have to free ourselves from the need for whatever it is. Think about what you have in your life that you don't need? I give away things that I don't need, everything except for books. ;) I throw away things that are broken, things that no longer have use for me, I let it go. Once a thing, a person, a situation has been successful in its lesson, the Universe moves it out of our lives. Once we learn the lesson, once it serves its purpose, it creates space for a new lesson to be challenged. When we don't learn the lesson, it keeps presenting itself in different forms. The Universe is always working for our highest good. The Universe is always working things out for us. One of my personal favorite affirmations is, "I am willing to release the need for worrying." There is no need for me to worry, it has no benefit in my life, it just creates more of what I don't desire. Here's another one, "I am willing to release the need for procrastination." Why am I procrastinating? What am I trying to avoid? Why don't I feel that I am worthy of all the goodness that the Universe has to offer? It really all comes down to self-love. How much do we practice self-love? How much do you love yourself? How much do we love ourselves to make the changes that we know we need to make? To make the changes that will make our lives better and more enjoyable? To make the changes that will bring fulfillment to our lives? Where are your resistances? What do you resist about? What excuses or reasons do you come up with for not making a change within yourself? We must change within before we can change on the outside. Nothing happens externally without manifesting in spirit first. We bring things to our thoughts before we actually do them. We thought many angry thoughts about the person that we confronted before we confronted them. We played it out in our mind before we did it. We keep playing these old useless programs that we picked up throughout childhood, and they keep us subconsciously bound. You didn't come here to play small. You didn't come here to struggle and suffer. You didn't come here to be poor. You didn't come here to feel unworthy. You came here to let your light shine, to enjoy your life, and to bask in love. You come to learn lessons, to elevate, and most importantly, remember who you truly are. Infinite love to you all, Quel I'll holla!. Visit my website at www.newdayze.com/
