THE ULTIMATE EXPERIENCE
Come, sit with me, close your eyes, hold my hand, let's go far away from this place to the place in which you came from.
Every thought that we think, every word that we speak carries with it a vibrational frequency. It took me years to understand the magnitude of my thoughts words, and even now I catch myself slipping and falling back into the old outdated ways of handling my emotions. Allowing my emotions to overflow, flowing into my thoughts and words. And this is all based on external circumstances, things that I cannot control, people, and some things that I can control, but it is easier to react, make excuses. and blame.
With every thought that we think, it just doesn't stop at the the thought, there is an effect result of every thought. The thoughts that we think influences our mood and attitude. Whenever we think, we send those thoughts out into the collective consciousness. This is why you can tell what someone else is thinking, and you can be thinking the same thing at the same exact time. When we are in a home with our families, you can pick up on the thoughts of the family members in the other rooms because these thoughts carry a vibration. The more we think the thought, the stronger the vibration becomes. It is said that 90 percent of the thoughts that we think are repetitive. This is exactly why nothing changes when we want it to change, and we don't understand why.
Until we take inventory of our thoughts, being conscious of what we think, our thoughts will continue to take over and then we will feel like we have no control over them. The thoughts that we think, matter much more than we realize. If you find yourself thinking an undesired thought that you are having trouble getting rid of, take the thought apart, analyze it, to figure out why it keeps coming up. There's a message there, and more than likely it is a message to vibrate higher. Most likely it's not a present moment thought, so there is nothing that you can do about what you're thinking about. When this happens to me, I repeat these words, "I command my subconsciousness mind to stop thinking this thought." I don't judge the thought as negative or positive, bad or good. I simply command my subconscious mind to get rid of the thought for me.
As you read these blogs I will talk consistently about the subconscious mind because it rules our lives. Our subconscious mind is the reason that we are the way that we are, why we do what we do, and why we are in the position that we are in. I work on my subconscious mind every day like it's my job, as if I am getting paid heavily to do so. :)
Did you know that the subconscious mind rules 95% of our mind, and the other 5% is ruled by our conscious mind. We were programmed from 0 - 7 years old when our brain waves were still in theta waves. Theta waves are considered a dreamlike state similar to a hypnotic state and they put us in an imaginary, creative state of mind. We experience theta waves when we are about to go to sleep, and just upon waking up. Theta waves are also active when you are in deep meditation.
"Theta brainwaves occur most often in sleep but are also dominant in deep meditation. Theta is our gateway to learning, memory, and intuition. In theta, our senses are withdrawn from the external world and focused on signals originating from within. It is that twilight state which we normally only experience fleetingly as we wake or drift off to sleep. In theta we are in a dream; vivid imagery, intuition and information beyond our normal conscious awareness. It’s where we hold our ‘stuff’, our fears, troubled history, and nightmares."
Theta waves are key to reprogramming the mind, our first mind, that inner voice, Spirit, our subconscious mind. Take advantage of this beautiful gift.
I spoke about our thoughts first, because there would be no words without our thoughts. Our words come from our thoughts. We think in secret and it comes to pass, our environment is but our looking glass" (Allen, James, 1903, As A Man Thinketh).
We aren't hiding the things that we think we're hiding. People can see us, they can feel us, and they can see our auras. Our words are even more powerful because when we speak, we send those words out into the ether. Have you ever spoken something and it came true? Then you were taken aback by it because you said it, and it happened. I do this consciously an unconsciously, and my words become true quite frequently. It is the reason why I started being conscious about what I speak. It scared me the first few times that it happened. We can't take our words back, they are sent out with a vibration attached to them. However we can over power words of lower frequencies with words of higher loving frequencies.
This is why people become angry from the words that they hear. We say our words with feeling and expression, and they can help or harm us or another. We say things in anger and frustration irresponsibly. I said something about two weeks ago out of frustration, as soon as I said the words I felt the shame and guilt of them immediately. I said to myself, "you are being unreasonable," and I spoke out to the Most High to forgive me, I was being reckless in the words that I spoke. I had to forgive myself for the words, and apologize to my husband too.
I meditated and afterwards, I felt like I had stepped out of a dark cloud, and I realized that a low dark energy had lifted off of me.
I protect myself by not talking to many people because people can speak unconsciously and irresponsibly, uncaring about another's feelings, without a thought of apologizing for their carelessness. It's like, I'm hurting so you should hurt too. We speak things can we make them true and we think that there is some magic to it. "Death and life are in the power of the tongue, and those who live it will eat it's fruit," Proverbs 18:21. I don't know if you believe in the Bible, and it doesn't matter if you do, it doesn't make these words untrue. It is pointing out that we carry a great power in our words, and we can bring about a storm with them, or peace with them.
The words that we speak can change situations in our lives that we are unhappy about. They can also keep us in the situations that we want out of. If you keep saying something long enough, you will believe it, and whatever you believe will be true. Even if it's not the truth, in your consciousness, it will be true.
If I say often or even occasionally that I am broke, I have no money, (I don't even like typing these words, but this is necessary,) this will be the narrative of my life. I will be broke and never having enough because this is the energy that I am sending out with my thoughts and words.
If I say that I am sick continuously, this will prove to be true, and I will become sicker every day. I have done these before, they work well. :) If you close your eyes and repeat, "I am sick,"
10 times, and then open them, how does it feel? Doesn't feel too huh?
Now close your eyes and say, "I feel fantastic," 10 times and then open them, and tell me how you feel, huge difference, right? We dictate how we are going to feel, if we are going to get better or not, by our thoughts and words. When a thought comes to me and I don't want that thought, I know it's no good for me, I reject it. I say, "nope I am not going there, get out, this is my mind." (A Divine mind, with Divine thoughts, high vibrational frequency thoughts.)
We can speak our way into anything, or speak our way out. Words damage and break up relationships, or strengthen them with peace, love, and joy. The words that we speak repetitively gets down into our subconscious mind, because the subconscious mind programs by repetition. This is why affirmations work for some people, and for others not so much so. You have to keep saying them, keep saying them, until you know them by what? By heart.
Man this is so awesome. This makes me filled with so much bliss, joy, and love! Thank you for reading! I am sooo grateful for you!!!
When you know better, start doing better, you will start feeling better, and better things will happen.
