THE ULTIMATE EXPERIENCE
Come, sit with me, close your eyes, hold my hand, let's go far away from this place to the place in which you came from.
"Awareness Brings Clarity"
If we remain in a state of awareness we will begin to understand ourselves and more about the world around us. Whenever we are operating in a state of awareness, we begin to understand that we can use more awareness. Awareness is underestimated when it is a priceless commodity for the human experience. There are so many things that we are faced with throughout our days, we never know what we will encounter. But I will tell you that being aware makes it easier when we are presented with unexpected adversities, changes, and surprises.
My goal everyday is to become more aware of my inner being, of my transactions throughout the entire day, and to be totally present within. I ask myself if I am being thoughtful whenever I am making decisions. At times I am aware and it feels like a double edged sword because I know that my decisions will affect the way someone else feels, but I still have to make tough decisions. I have to do what feels best for me. I must take care of my mental state and my inner being.
Sometimes I don't think that we give credit to the importance of knowing our inner state. It is in knowing our inner state that will keep us away from things that don't serve our highest good. When we are aware of what we're thinking and how we feel, then we will know what we need to tend to within ourselves. Sometimes life gets heavy for us, and things don't turn out the way we imagined. It is better for us to be aware of how we feel about a situation, then just floating through it like we're sitting in a cloud. It is ideal for us to be aware of what's best for us, in this way we will gravitate towards our whys.
We walk blindly enough throughout this life not knowing what is going to happen for us from day to day. We don't know what's going to happen within a day, we just have faith and believe that whatever it is, we will be alright. If we are at least aware of what we are thinking and feeling we can adjust our inner state to where we want to be. We know that we have a choice and do not have to remain in a vibration that doesn't feel good to us. We can adjust our inner being when we are aware, we can go high when we need to go higher to get to the place that we want to draw in the experiences that we want out of life.
When we are aware of what we're thinking and feeling, we will be aware in what we are doing. We will know what feels right for us to do and what makes us feel the slightest resistance in doing. We will consider the words that we speak to someone else, as well as the words that we speak to ourselves. We will think about how the other person may feel about our words and conversations with them. We will care for ourselves and set boundaries for ourselves, even if it upsets others when we do.
I aspire to be more aware every day. If I can be more aware than I was the day before, that is an accomplishment for me. I strive to be conscious in all my ways. I consciously think, speak, and act in all my dealings. I know when my vibration is low, I know when my vibration is high. I know when something is bothering me and I need to isolate to fix it, instead of going around people in a low vibrational way rubbing them the wrong way. If I am aware, I know what I am doing,
In my presence I ensure that I am remaining in the present moment. When I catch myself leaving the present moment to reference anything it better be to help and talk about how I learned from the experience. Whenever I feel myself outside of the present moment, talking about it, thinking about it, I reel myself back in. If I am with my husband, and I start talking about the past, and what I could have done, he will remind me of the present moment, and to find gratitude in it. I have people to hold me accountable for the same things that I preach to them.
I know that I don't have power to change what has already happen, but I do have the power to make the future better. Being aware is a start to creating a better now. Being present in the now keeps me conscious to what I am thinking about. Because truly we think way too much, we overthink, and we hold on too tight. We hold onto trivial things, and we have convinced ourselves that we can't control how our thoughts come at us. We will say that all of these thoughts are coming to us at once, and we can't control them or stop them. It all goes back to how stubborn we are in stopping ourselves from doing something that we know is damaging us, that is setting the tone for more unpleasant events to happen. We can say, "I choose to think higher thoughts." We tell our minds what to do. We tell our bodies what to do. This is your power, embrace it, and use it.
There was a time when I didn't believe that I could control my thoughts so I never did.
Meditation is vital to our life's path and progress. Whenever we sit down in meditation, we see ourselves in our mind's eye for what we are thinking right now. We get a snapshot of how we're thinking and what we've been thinking. Meditation brings us to a focus in knowing that we need to know where our mind is at all times. It was in meditation is where I found my mind. I found my true mind, not the fears, not the regret, not the pain, but I found my real mind. I had to lose my mind in order to find it. I had to sit down in silence with it so that I could hear it. I find clarity through the awareness that I found in meditation. Meditation makes you aware of what you're doing and what to do. You get to see things from all sides. You get to see where you could have been wrong in experiences. You become alright with being misunderstood. You realize that God knows your heart so it doesn't matter what anyone else thinks about you.
In awareness you become aware of what you eat, how you think, what you say, what you don't say, how you say it, and the possibilities. In awareness procrastination decreases, you know that you must do the thing that you've been saying that you were going to do. In awareness you make BIG moves, you prepare, and you execute plans. You realize how you got to the point that you are at. You take responsibility for your actions in the past, but you do not criticize yourself. You see everything as a learning lesson when you are aware.
When you are aware you know how you want to be presented and represented. You don't go on social media posting negative content. You don't get into arguments with people on social media or in real life about things that don't matter. You mind your own business. You are conscious enough to know that comparing yourself to others, steals your bliss, and takes you out of the present moment. You become aware of the energy that you bring. You are conscious of how your energy may affect another. You become aware of the feelings that you have, and you know the thoughts that you think are creating your life at the current moment. We are manifesting at all times, it may as well be for something that we want to happen.
When we are asleep, we don't know that we are asleep. We don't know that the decisions that we're making are because we are sleep to our true Divine spirit. We don't realize that we will look back on those sleep made decisions with a "what was I thinking" mind. We don't understand what's happening in our lives during the slumber. We get involved in the dealings where we have no business, dealings that will disturb our peace, we allow our peace to be moved by petty dealing, and we are driven by fears. When we are tapped on the shoulder and awakened by the Divine, we realize that we have been unconscious, unconsciously thinking and acting the entire time.
Anytime is a good time to wake up, but you know how it feels when someone tries to force you.
